Microsoft announced to bring Windows 10 to Nokia Lumia 550 which is lowest-cost Windows phone so far.
People looking for an affordable Windows 10 phone can now set their eyes on Microsoft's Lumia 550.
Technolgy giant Microsoft said that sales of new lumia 550 will start on monday in europe,Sale will role out in other regions in coming weeks.Equipped with fast 4G LTE(long term evolution) support and new Windows 10, the 550 is priced for $139 but it may vary in other regions depending on their economies.

Which is currently dominated by Apple's iPhones and by smartphones of Samsung and Sony running Google's Android software in them.The operating system offers new incredible features and a similar look and experience across PCs, tablets and phones, and perhaps its a last attempt by Microsoft to convince consumers to give its new lumia 550 powered by Windows 10 a try.

A 5-megapixel back camera and a 2-megpixel camera in front. The phone also comes with Glance Screen, which displays the date, time, notifications and calendar appointments while in standby mode.
The 550 lacks Windows 10 security features which isoffered by the 950 and 950 XL.Windows hello biometric recognition isn't supported, so you won't be able to use your face or fingerprint to unlock phone.
The Lumia 550 is available in matte black and glossy white colors.
